Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location surrounded by forest and meadows from where you can see our goats and cows. In the morning, from your warm bed you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. To make your stay even more special, you can treat yourself to a delicious farm breakfast prepared with homemade and local products, or enjoy a carefully prepared dinner in the evening. Both breakfast and dinner are available by prior appointment, offering you a relaxed and authentic culinary experience inspired by the season and the flavors of our farm.

Children up to 2 years stay free of charge.
Children aged 2 to 12 receive: 40% discount on breakfast and dinner
Tourist and promotional tax
Adults: 2,00 € / person / day
Children aged 7 to 18: 1,00 € / person / day
Guests staying in the same accommodation continuously for at least 6 nights are exempt from paying 50% of the tourist and promotional tax (in accordance with the Ordinance on Tourist and Promotional Tax in the Municipality of Ljubno).
Registration fee: 2,00 € / person / stay

Parking
We offer free parking in our parking lot behind our house, where your room/hut is located.
Idyllic location
We are located in an isolated location at an altitude of 1121 metres, on its own, 12 km away from nearest town Ljubno ob Savinji.
Homemade food
To our guests we offer home prepared breakfasts and dinners. All our food is mostly organic and from our own ingredients. We prepare meals by previous appointment and for extra charge.
Private bathroom
Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m). Bathroom is not located in the hut.

You can book directly on our website, by e-mail (info@kmetija-visocnik.com) or by phone (00386 51 325 084).
Yes. We offer a self-service breakfast buffet with many homemade farm products. Breakfast costs 12,00 € per adult and 7,20 € per child (ages 2–12). During the online booking process, you can select how many days you would like to have breakfast during your stay. If you decide later, you can also order breakfast directly at the farm the evening before.
Besides breakfast, we also offer dinner by prior appointment. We prepare seasonal, traditional local meals. Dinner must be ordered at least one day in advance. Prices vary depending on the daily menu. The three-course menu (soup, main course, dessert) is usually 26,00 €. Please note that we may not be able to offer dinner if there are not enough orders for that evening.
We don’t cook lunch, but it is possible to get a cold meat plate with our cured meats, cheese, spreads, etc. In the high season it is usually possible to get yogurt or sour milk as well.
No, tourism and promotional tax and registration fee are not included in the price, they are paid directly on the farm. Tourism and promotional tax is 2,00 EUR per person per day. Tourism and promotional tax for children from 7 to 18 years is 1,00 EUR per person per day. For guests who stay at the same accommodation at least 6 nights they pay only 50%. Registration fee is 2,00 EUR per person per stay.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 14 days before arrival: free cancellation
14 to 7 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking price
7 days to the day of arrival (including no-shows): 100% of the total booking price
Please note: If different cancellation terms are stated at the time of booking, those special conditions apply.
